Who do you know that could use an kitchen makeover?
1) Submit The Referral
Fill out our simple referral form on our website with your friend or family member’s contact info and we will reach out.
2) They Receive £500 Off
If your friend or family member agrees to go through with the renovation, they will receive £500 credit towards their new kitchen project.
3) You Earn £500 Cash
If they decide to move forward with their project, after the deposit is paid you’ll receive £500 in cash as a thank you from us.
Terms & Conditions
1. You do not have to be a Midland Home Kitchens customer to be eligible for this program.
2. You may not refer yourself.
3. Only one referral per project.
4. If a referral completes an additional project, it is not counted as a new referral.
5. Midland Home Kitchens will verify the status regarding referrals. For example, if the person’s name and address is already in Midland Home Kitchens’ system, that person won’t be considered a new referral. The referral must be newly entered into the system as your referral prior to the first appointment. The referral must meet with a Midland Home Kitchens design consultant within 30 days of referral to qualify.
6. A referred homeowner cannot be considered as a customer until their Midland Home Kitchens project has been completed, within a year of being referred to Midland Home Kitchens.
7. If two or more people refer the same new customer to Midland Home Kitchens, Midland Home Kitchens will determine who referred the customer first.
8. It must be perfectly clear to Midland Home Kitchens that a customer is actually a referral from you prior to their first appointment and not from a different lead source (i.e., TV, radio, newspaper, event, etc.). A referred customer must state they are a referral prior to their appointment.
9. The customer must state you referred them. You cannot call Midland Home Kitchens claiming a person already in the system is your referral.
10. A Referrer may claim their referral fee via £500 cash or £500 towards any balance due under a contract the Referrer may have entered into with Midland Home Kitchens.
11. A Referee can claim their referral fee via £500 towards a new Midland Home Kitchens project.
12. Please allow 4-6 weeks after a customer’s project has been certified and deposit submitted before the £500 referral check is sent to the referrer.
13. The £500 check will be cut in the primary referrer’s name.
14. Liability for any federal, state, and local taxes that may apply to referral fees paid to you are your responsibility. Any required tax reporting forms will be furnished to the Internal Revenue Service.
15. Referral entries that are lost, late, illegible, or incomplete for any reason will not be eligible, and Midland Home Kitchens reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, without notice, and to disqualify any entry in good faith.
16. Midland Home Kitchens has the right to verify and disclose referral/referee information to the associated parties involved.
